Do I need a referral?
Unfortunately Yes, In the state of Alabama we do require a referral from your physician for physical therapy. However we are able to perform screenings and contact your PCP in order to assist you in receiving your referral.
Do you accept my insurance?
256 Physical Therapy is working to become in Network in all major insurance providers. In the instance that we are not in Network with yours, we offer a variety of cash-based options!
Do you treat Vertigo?
Yes! We treat all aspects of dizziness from acute vertigo attacks to generalized balance training.
How quickly can you get me in?
256 Physical Therapy strives to schedule you within the first 24-48 hours of making contact with you.
